Our Supply Chain

People Matter

The people who make your clothes matter to us. We want them to go home to their families each evening happy, healthy, and proud of their work. They deserve a decent wage for their skill and effort — and that’s why we’re careful about who we choose to work with.

Before we start a relationship with any new supplier, we carry out thorough checks to make sure they’re the right fit — the sort of people we want to associate with and trust to uphold our values.

For UK suppliers, we make regular factory visits and keep in close contact to ensure standards remain high. We see their work, their processes, and their teams — and we hold them to the level of quality and care we expect in every stitch.

At present we do not work with any international suppliers. However, we if this changes we will declare this in the product description, so you know where it started life. We will only work with small and trusted partners. While visiting in person isn’t always possible, we use FaceTime and other virtual checks to review working conditions, safety standards, and manufacturing methods. We only collaborate with suppliers who commit to safe practices, fair wages, and recognised certifications, such as GOTS, SEDEX or OEKO-TEX.

Our suppliers share our ambition: to change the fashion industry by making it safer, fairer, and more sustainable. Together, we’re working to raise standards, reduce impact, and protect the people and planet behind every garment.

If you’d like to know more about our supply chain, or where any of our products come from, please get in touch. Transparency and honesty are at the heart of everything we do — just as they are for the suppliers we proudly work with.
