Returns & Exchanges

We endeavour to provide the best possible service to every customer.

If you wish to return or exchange an online order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your name and order details. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To minimise environmental impact, orders are posted without a paper order form. Please read this policy carefully to ensure your item is eligible for return.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@florapercival.co.uk to initiate a return. Include:

    • Your order number
    • The reason for return
    • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
    • Any other relevant information
  1. We will issue you with a return number, which must accompany your returned item.

  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in the original condition:

    • Unworn and unwashed
    • All original packaging included
    • Do not bend, deface, or write on any Thank You cards included in the parcel, as these can be re-used

For exchanges, please include your requested replacement garment/size in your initial email.


Important Notes

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.
  • Any costs incurred by Flora Percival to receive a returned parcel may be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns without prior notification or outside the 14-day period may be refused.

Processing

  • Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  • Items will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.

Exchanges

After inspection, we will confirm by email the receipt of your item and the specifications for the replacement.


Market & Stall Purchases

Items purchased in person at markets are non-refundable, as they were sold as seen.

If an item is unsuitable, you may exchange it for another item or a gift card, valid for six months.
