Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £5 for UK orders.
We currently dispatch orders on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
If you need your parcel more quickly, please email us and we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Once your order has been handed over to the postie, you’ll receive an email confirming dispatch.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. During particularly busy periods, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived five working days after dispatch, we kindly ask that you allow a further four working days before getting in touch with us, as parcels often arrive within this window.
International Orders
At present, we have paused international orders placed through the website. If you are from outside the UK please drop us an email at hello@florapercival.co.uk and we can give you an accurate shipping cost.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs processing delays, which are outside of our control. Any import taxes, duties or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or delivery cost.
Pre-Orders
Thank you for being such an eager beaver - we love your enthusiasm.
For pre-order items, we always aim to be clear about expected delivery dates, which can be found in the product description. Occasionally, delays do happen. If this is the case, we’ll keep you informed - though this is very much the exception rather than the rule.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll wait until everything is under our roof before dispatching, rather than sending items separately.
