Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement is between Flora Percival (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the approved affiliate (“you”).

By participating in our affiliate programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Programme structure

Affiliates promote our products using a unique affiliate code. Commission is earned when customers make qualifying purchases via our website using this code.

2. Trial period

  • All affiliates begin with a one-month trial period
  • A minimum of 3 completed sales must be achieved during this time
  • If the trial is unsuccessful:
    • Any earned commission will still be paid
    • The affiliate code will be removed

3. Ongoing performance

  • Once fully accepted, affiliates must achieve:
    • At least 3 sales per calendar month
  • Performance is reviewed quarterly
  • Failure to meet this requirement may result in termination of the agreement

4. Commission

  • Commission is 10% of the product value
  • Commission applies to full-price items only
  • Postage, packing, VAT and sale items are excluded
  • Sales must be completed via our website using the affiliate code

5. Affiliate discount

  • Affiliates receive 15% off personal purchases
  • This discount:
    • Excludes postage & packing
    • Excludes sale items
    • Is for personal use only

6. Payments

  • Commission is paid quarterly, within the calendar year
  • Affiliates are responsible for declaring earnings for tax purposes

7. Brand representation

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent the brand honestly and authentically
  • Follow all advertising and disclosure regulations
  • Avoid misleading or harmful conduct

8. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately if:

  • Minimum performance thresholds are not met
  • Content no longer aligns with brand values
  • Guidelines are breached
  • The brand’s reputation is put at risk

Any eligible commission earned up to the termination date will be paid in line with standard terms.

9. Relationship

This agreement does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes.
